I have been cooking for over 40 years, and relearning traditional preserving techniques that benefit my family and friends. I’m happy to share what I’ve learned in my experience, and help you grow in your own journey.
Please note—I am more of a traditionalist, and have interest in preserving past ways vs the newer government approved means. If this is not something you’re interested in, or find offensive, I’m happy to point you to sites that more suit your cooking and preserving wishes.
