Living with Type 2 Diabetes—A More Natural Way

Type 2 diabetes is at epidemic proportions. It seems like almost every other adult, and even younger, person has a T2 diagnosis now. I am among that group, diagnosed in 2009.

Along the way, I’ve met many who have tried a variety of ways to control diabetes. Many in my family have (or had) that diagnosis, and honestly it wasn’t surprising when mine came. I thought it was hereditary so it was only a matter of time when my own arrived.

It’s been a long journey so far, and it’s involved a lot of mistakes and learning. If I can help anyone learn from my mistakes and find better solutions for their diabetes care, I’m glad to share. I am not a doctor, nurse, or any part of the medical community, so do not use my words as medical gospel.
